It was a dark and stormy night ...

Welcome to Mystery Author Bibliographies where we provide information on hundreds of writers of crime fiction. More are added every week.

Our website is organized by author's last name and then on each author page by series. For each author and series we list, in order of publication, the title, publisher, format, date, original price (if known), and ISBN.

Every author page has a notes section where a link to their website is given (if available). Other notes include information on a series character, awards given, and movies made from a particular title.

Use the menu to the left to get started. You may also search this website, or use the to search our family of mystery websites, for more information on a particular author or series.

If you are interested in purchasing a mystery book, we encourage you to use one of the resources in the side menu.

Thank you for visiting Mystery Author Bibliographies. If you have a comment about our site, want to suggest an author to include, or have found an error that needs to be corrected, we welcome hearing from you. Please send an e-mail to authors@omnimystery.com and we will promptly respond.

Notes: We have tried to include information on the first publication of a title in the US or UK on this site.

For the US, hardcover (US-HC), trade paperback (US-TP), and mass market paperback (US-PB) information is given; for the UK, in general only hardcover (UK-HC) information is available.

With one exception, we typically don't include information on later reprints of a book, even if released by a different publisher. The exception is for a reissued hardcover in the US (US-RHC) of an author's early book that may be otherwise unavailable.
